We are a small firm dedicated to protecting the rights of injured workers.

We have three full-time attorneys, owners, Natt D Alschuler and Herbert E Alschuler and associate Kayla Alschuler—all licensed in the state of California, Natt Alschuler and Herbert Alschuler since 1983, Kayla Alschuler since 2018. Natt D. Alschuler

Natt D. Alschuler

Graduated with honors magna cum laude from UCLA undergraduate school June 16, 1978, with special honors and also magna cum laude from the philosophy department.
Graduated with honors cum laude May 29, 1983 from Loyola Marymount University Law School, at Los Angeles, California after internship with California State Court of Appeals.

Admitted to practice law in California and Federal Courts December 12, 1983. Practice areas since 1983 have included California Workers' Compensation Law, Family Law, Probate Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Civil Personal Injury.

Arbitration: Currently panel member Workers Compensation Appeals Board List of Arbitrators, and previously Los Angeles County Bar Attorney/Client Fee disputes.
Pro Tem: Has served as Judge Pro Tem for the Workers Compensation Appeals Board, Los Angeles, Santa Monica district offices.

Past President Los Angeles County Bar Association Workers Compensation Section.
Has previously sat as a member of the Board of Trustees of charitable organizations, including University Synagogue and Temple Adat Elohim. In 2000 received honors In Strathmore's Who's Who.

Fifth Degree Black Belt Master and Instructor in Tang Soo Do.
Currently member of California Applicants Attorney Association (CAAA) as a past member of their Board of Directors 2012, 2013. Member Los Angeles and Beverly Hills Bar Associations.

Herbert E. Alschuler

Herbert E. Alschuler

Graduated from Southwestern University School of Law In 1983, and received awards in Workers' Compensation, Criminal Procedure, and Advanced Family Law.
In 1997 received honors In Strathmore's Who's Who.

Past chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Workers Compensation Section.
Acted as Arbitrator and served as Judge Pro Term for the Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Van Nuys, and former Norwalk district offices of the Workers Compensation Appeals Board.

Currently an active member of California Applicant's Attorney Association.

Kayla B Alschuler

Kayla B Alschuler

Graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2018. Admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2018.

Passionate about fighting for the rights of those in need of a voice from all walks of life – including those with disabilities and those who are disadvantaged and underrepresented.

Fourth Degree Master of Tang Soo Do.
Currently an Active Member of the California Applicant’s Attorney Association and the Women’s Lawyer Association of Los Angeles
